The Sekonic Speedmaster L-858D is the ideal exposure meter for (semi) professional photographers who want the ultimate in light control. The Speedmaster L-858D makes it possible to control the flash exposure even more closely.

The Speedmaster L-858D has the ability to break the limits of ISO sensitivity. The improved light sensitivity for reflected and incident light gives you very accurate information, even in low-light situations. This information is easily read on the 2.7-inch color display. In addition, the L-858D has a completely new design and also the internal functions have been improved. Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art electronics, the L-858D can measure extremely short flash times, like a series of flashes of an HSS function.

The Sekonic SpeedMaster L-858D combines over 60 years of production of Sekonic light meters with state-of-the-art flash measurement technologies to meet the needs of today's photographers and filmmakers.

The new model is the first exposure meter that takes into account the duration of the flash, the number of flashes and the level of ambient light in order to accurately calculate the exposure parameters for our frame.

As the name suggests, the SpeedMaster L-858D allows you to measure the flash in HSS (High Speed ??Sync) mode and provides precise flash control at ultra-short shutter speeds.

Similar to the L-478D series, the L-858D is equipped with a complete set of measuring functions:

- for photographers: large ISO range, flash and continuous (continuous) flash measurement

- for filmmakers: frame rates per second (f / s), shutter angle.
