The WP-XQ1 Waterproof Case from Fujifilm is an underwater housing for the XQ1 digital camera. It has a depth rating of 131'. Access is provided to virtually all camera functions, including the control ring, via mechanical controls. The case is constructed from corrosion-resistant polycarbonate, which is clear to allow you to monitor the o-ring seal and maintain a full view of the camera.

A built-in, flat glass port accommodates and protects the camera's lens. Additionally, an accessory shoe permits the attachment of an optional lighting arm for an external strobe or video light. The tripod mount allows for connection to support systems, including trays that offer additional mounting points for lights and arms. Optional external strobes can be triggered as wireless slave units by the firing of the camera's flash. An included diffusion plate softens the flash to reduce or eliminate backscatter, glare, and hard shadows.

Controls and Handling
Access provided to virtually all camera functions, including control ring, mode dial, and all other essential functions, via mechanical controls. Take advantage of camera's F UNDERWATER mode to enhance color beneath the surface. Control ring dial can be used to set program shift, shutter speed, or aperture when default setting is selected. Due to inaccessibility of command dial, you cannot adjust amount of softening in pro focus mode or reduce/enlarge size of focus frame when F FOCUS AREAS is selected. Additionally, shutter speed cannot be changed when A SCENE POSITION option is set to p. In playback mode, while zoomed in on a picture, you will not be able to view other pictures.
