The Luna Optics 8x42 Binoculars with Distance Meter is a binoculars which also has the ability to measure distance. The fully multi coated eyepieces provide a high transmittance. The special BaK-4 prisms are phase coated and offer the best optical quality. The strong binoculars body has been covered with a rubber armor coating for a comfortable and firm grip. The twist-up eyepieces make this binoculars suitable for eyeglass wearers. On the bottom on the binoculars a tripod mount can be found.

The LD-BN842-LRF rangerfinder can measure the distance of objects from 20 to 1600 meters and has a reaction time of 0.5 seconds. With the mode select button on top of the Luna Optics, you can simply switch between measuring in meters or yards. Since the rangerfinder uses a laser to measure the distance, the outcome can be affected if the (invisible) beam is interrupted by something (for example, a window).
