180 degrees of control
See what you're shooting, no matter what angle you're shooting from. Sharp and bright, the advanced 180° flip LCD monitor provides superb clarity in any environment, from brilliant sunlight to murky water. Two customizable function buttons, one on the front and one on the back, make shooting selfies and POV video a breeze. Program the buttons to snap the shutter or begin video recording, boost monitor brightness, turn on the front LED light, or activate Super Macro to shoot up close.

Sportcam action modes
Capture vivid jaw-dropping action scenes with the flip of a dial. The TG-870's quick-to-use Sportcam Modes put four action recording options right at your fingertips: 60p Movie for smooth-motion full HD video; High-Speed Movie for ultra slow-motion video (120 fps/240 fps); Time Lapse Movie, which compresses hours of action into shorter sequences; and Sport Burst, which automatically shoots consecutive photos at specified time intervals. Plus, the AF Lock feature allows you to focus on fast-moving subjects more accurately.

Daylight is overrated
Day or night, create distinctive shots everyone will want to see. The TG-870's nighttime Live Composite feature extracts the brightest pixels from multiple images and combines them into a single photo for incredible cityscapes and star trails.
