Generally about FULL ND filters/usage:
Full ND filters have same density throughout filter space. It means that light incoming to camera is reducing equally. This is very useful
in situations where longer shutter time is needed (too much light, motion-blur effect).
Full ND filters are able to use with full or gradual filters in stacking mode.
Density in stacking mode example: ND16 filter + ND2 filter is equal to ND32 filter (density is multiplied).
